Match rate
Match rate is the share of rows on a list that resolve to a known record, a company account for matching or a found email for enrichment, and it measures how much of a list a team can work.
How do you measure match rate?
Name the version, because the 2 common ones answer different questions.
| Version | Numerator | Denominator |
|---|---|---|
| Account match rate | Rows joined to a company account, and to the CRM where one exists | All rows on the list |
| Email match rate | Rows with a found work email | All rows sent to enrichment |
Report quality beside coverage. A found email that bounces still counts toward the rate, so track the verified share as well.
Why does it matter?
It caps everything you do next. Each row needs an account before it can get an owner, a tier, and a place in your coverage gap view.
Your event lists start low because rows arrive incomplete. Raise the rate with domain resolution and an enrichment waterfall.
Where do you find it in FieldXM?
Match rate sits in FieldXM reporting next to the rest of the funnel for each event, rep, and team: leads captured, meetings booked, attempt rate, SLA compliance, pipeline, and closed-won.
