Captured contacts

Captured contacts are the leads your reps capture in the FieldXM mobile app, shown in the event’s account workspace in the web app beside the accounts they belong to.

Open the event’s account workspace and switch to the Captured lens. Each capture shows what your rep recorded on the FieldXM mobile app: contact details, AI-filled fields and notes, lead heat, and any photos.

Why see your captures beside their accounts?

Floor data is messy. A scanner can misread a badge, a rep can mishear a name, and the contact might already exist in your CRM. In the account workspace you see each capture beside its account and its owner, so you spot those problems and fix them.

How does it connect to follow-up?

FieldXM writes each capture to your CRM through CRM write-back, with the conversation attached. Your declared match keys decide whether a capture updates an existing record or creates one, and FieldXM fills only the blank fields either way. Booth meetings land in your CRM on their own, tied to the show, as soon as a rep books them.

Your reps leave the floor with each lead owned, its next step chosen, and its first-touch deadline set. Then the unworked-lead queue shows you which leads each rep hasn’t touched.
