Unworked-lead queue
An unworked-lead queue is a list of captured leads with no recorded first touch, by owner, that makes gaps in follow-up visible by rep while the leads are still warm.
The queue turns your hunch into a list: the leads your reps haven’t touched, each with an owner’s name beside it. Attempt rate counts the leads your reps worked, and the queue names the rest.
Who should read it?
Your sales manager should read it first. Reps report to sales, so put the queue on screen in a sales meeting you already hold, with your events leader in the room.
It answers follow-up failure directly: your marketing team owns the metric, your sales team does the work, and the queue gives both leaders the same list.
What belongs in it?
- Every event lead, captured or imported, with no first touch on its record.
- The owner and the follow-up SLA deadline beside each lead.
- An order that puts the leads closest to breach, or to a lead-steal window, at the top.
Where do you find it in FieldXM?
See the leads with no first touch, rep by rep, in FieldXM’s unworked-lead queue. FieldXM’s reporting turns that queue into two numbers per event, rep, and team: attempt rate and SLA compliance. Read why the FieldXM thesis calls follow-up a policy that depends on each rep choosing to follow it.
