Structured extraction

Structured extraction is the use of AI to turn a conversation transcript into filled lead fields and notes, such as pain points, product interest, and next steps, that an owner can sort and act on.

A transcript is a long record of what people said. Your follow-up owner needs fields they can filter, sort, and act on the next morning. Extraction turns one into the other. Your rep gives the prospect full attention and still leaves with a complete lead record.

What does extraction pull out?

  • Pain points, in the prospect’s own words.
  • Product interest: the product, use case, or integration they asked about.
  • The agreed next step and its timing.
  • Answers to the qualification questions your team set for the event.

How do you keep the fields accurate?

Get the input right, and review the result. A clean transcript from on-device transcription, with speaker labels, gives extraction the prospect’s own words to work from. When your rep checks the result right after the conversation, they catch what the model got wrong.

Where do you find it in FieldXM?

Your reps keep talking while the FieldXM mobile app fills in the lead fields and notes from the conversation, and they confirm the fields with a tap. Their captures land in the event’s account workspace on the web as captured contacts, and each lead goes to your CRM with the conversation on its record.
