Sequence enrollment
Sequence enrollment is the step of adding a contact to an automated series of sales emails and tasks, which turns a planned or captured lead into scheduled outreach from a named owner.
Record the enrollment on the lead, and it also counts as a first touch, which feeds your attempt rate.
When do you enroll contacts around an event?
- Before the show, as part of a pre-show outreach campaign.
- At the booth, as a next step your rep picks at capture, often alongside a booked meeting.
- After the show, once the owner has qualified the lead.
Some teams enroll automatically by tier. Others qualify by phone first and enroll by hand. Your setup should support both.
Why should you gate enrollment?
Enrollment sends email from your company’s domain, so one careless batch can reach suppressed contacts or wear down your domain’s sending reputation. When you approve each enrollment, you cut that risk at the source. An approval gate builds that review into your workflow.
Where do you find it in FieldXM?
FieldXM lists your team’s HubSpot sequences or Salesforce cadences and enrolls only the contacts you approve. Your campaigns in FieldXM hand those contacts to the sequences. In the FieldXM mobile app, your rep picks the next step: enroll the contact, book a meeting straight into your CRM, or both.
