Pre-show outreach campaign

A pre-show outreach campaign is a coordinated round of outreach to target accounts before an event, to book meetings and fill hosted events while prospects still have open calendars.

Start early. Your prospects commit their show evenings and meeting slots well ahead, so late outreach lands after their calendars are full. One team’s late start traced back to reps who didn’t trust the target account list.

What goes into a campaign?

  • An audience you filter from your target account list by tier, label, or owner.
  • A message for each owner to review, with a reason tied to the event, such as a meeting slot or an executive dinner invitation.
  • Your owners approve each contact, and FieldXM hands it to your sales automation platform to execute.
  • A record of who the campaign reached, so your account coverage stays current.

Why does approval matter?

Your team sends outreach under your company’s name and sending domain. When your account owners review the audience and the message before the first email, they keep suppressed contacts and off-message emails out of your campaign.

Where do you find it in FieldXM?

In FieldXM Campaigns, filter an audience, draft outreach for owners to review, and hand approved contacts to your HubSpot sequences or Salesforce cadences. Nothing sends until it clears your approval step. Ask FieldXM to draft the outreach and build the audience for you.
