Booth meeting booking
Booth meeting booking is the practice of scheduling a follow-up meeting with a prospect during the booth conversation itself, while interest is high and the rep can confirm a time face to face.
Get the meeting on the calendar before the prospect walks away, and you skip the chase a follow-up email starts. Book it straight into your CRM, and the meeting counts for the show the moment your rep books it.
What makes a booth meeting count?
- It carries the contact’s details: name, title, company, email, and phone, so it lands on the right record in your CRM.
- It has an owner and a handoff: the rep who booked it and the AE who takes it both know it’s theirs, and the show gets credit for it.
- It sets the context and the expectations: what the prospect said at the booth, what the meeting is for, and when it happens.
How do you measure it?
Count meetings booked per event, rep, and team. Then divide the show’s cost by the meetings it produced to get your cost per meeting.
A meeting counts toward the event only when it links to it, and campaign association in your CRM makes that link.
Where do you find it in FieldXM?
Your rep picks a time in the FieldXM mobile app, and FieldXM puts the meeting straight into HubSpot or Salesforce. It lands on the prospect’s record, tied to the show, with no approval step.
At the same step, your rep can enroll the contact in a sequence too. FieldXM’s reporting shows you meetings booked by event, rep, and team. See how your reps book meetings at the booth.
