Attendee list

An attendee list is the set of people a team expects at an event, from the organizer, the team’s own past scans, or its CRM, and the raw input every pre-show account plan starts from.

Organizers hold the full registration roster and rarely hand it to exhibitors. What you get as a sponsor is usually partial: names and companies, or only a title and a company when the organizer strips the names.

Where does an attendee list come from?

  • The organizer’s sponsor list, when one exists.
  • Lead retrieval exports, which cover only the people who stopped at your booth.
  • Your team’s own scans from past years at the same show, the usual stand-in when organizers share no list.
  • Your CRM: open deals, customers, and target accounts with a reason to attend.
  • Public speaker and exhibitor pages, which confirm published roles.

Why label each row’s source?

Mix confirmed attendees with guesses, and your reps stop trusting the list at the first wrong email. Label every row’s source so a rep can weigh each name. The label carries through account matching into the coverage gap view.

Where do you find it in FieldXM?

In FieldXM’s lists and enrichment, import a CSV or spreadsheet with field mapping. Or build the list in FieldXM by list membership, lifecycle stage, last contacted, or distance from the venue. FieldXM keeps a source label on every row, so your reps see where each name came from. Export any list as a CSV.
