Account review
Account review is the holding state for accounts a system cannot place with confidence, such as one carrying a CRM value the team hasn’t mapped: it sets the account aside with its reason until a person resolves it.
What lands in review?
- A CRM value you haven’t mapped, such as a picklist option your team added after onboarding.
- An account match too uncertain to trust.
- A relationship value the mapping flags as ambiguous.
FieldXM marks an account with no CRM record as net-new. Your review queue only shows the accounts that need your call, so it stays short.
Why hold an account for review?
A wrong guess is the mistake that costs you. Label a customer as a prospect and your cold sequence reaches them. Label a hot prospect as a vendor and your reps never call.
Review turns a silent error into a short queue with the reasons attached. You fix each one at the field mapping that caused it.
Where do you find it in FieldXM?
In FieldXM’s account planning, Review is a holding state outside the 6 account labels. When your CRM holds a value you haven’t mapped, FieldXM puts the account in Review and shows you why.
