Command center

The command center is FieldXM’s Dashboard, the daily landing view across every active event that shows which show needs attention and what changed overnight.

Use it as your portfolio view: every active show in one place. Event readiness tells you whether one show is ready, and the command center shows which of your active shows needs your team today.

Why does it matter?

Operators report 50 to 60 events a year per manager. At that load, your event managers have several shows in flight at once, and opening each plan every morning becomes a job in itself. See the math in the 50-event ceiling.

What does it show?

  • Every active event in your team’s event portfolio.
  • Which show needs attention.
  • What changed overnight.

Each event shows one readiness signal, On track or Needs attention. FieldXM builds that signal from the show’s milestones: is the team rostered, the attendee list in, the account owners set, the event linked in your CRM, and so on.

How does it connect to the rest of FieldXM?

You’ll find the Dashboard first in the web app’s main navigation, ahead of Events, Campaigns, Accounts, Captured contacts, and Integrations. Open Ask FieldXM beside it as a side panel for a daily briefing and answers about the page you’re on.

See where the command center fits when you run a show on the event logistics page.
